Refund Request Format

This is the step how to make Refund Request and make sure you read the rules before make Refund Request thread.

1.If you don't have any screenshot or chatlog no refund for you then. Except if admin or helper saw that incident or someone can explain the incident.
2.Don't to much Bump your thread with unimportant comments that just retard our team to process your Refund Request Example : Bumpz ! Sundul gan ! Up !
3.We don't accept any refund thread with edited picture.
4.Don't ask for refund box in game or in Twitter , Forum , Facebook , etc.
5.If you already make refund thread don't call our team to accept it.

Refund Box Accepted if your asset lost because OOC
