Vrentene Macrev was born in 26th April 1999, at a remote village in Rome, France. He is the second son of two Sicilian-born parents. He's elder brother, Andiano Macrev, was banned away from their house because he was secretly drug dealing. His father, was alcoholic and drug-addicted, and was always fired from his previous jobs. His mother, an elementary school teacher had to work all day and do the house works as his husband is always drunk and unable to get any more jobs. Joseph went to elementary and high school in Sicily for 12 years.

His father died, killed by an American drug dealer because he couldn't pay his debt. The drug dealer still remains unknown by the law enforcement, but is really known in the drug dealing world in whole of Frace. Vrentene's mother left all her money, credit cards, stuffs in the hands of Vrentene just 2 days before she committed suicide. Vrentene, with no family left, except his missing brother, forced to live in the U.S where he will take Chemistry Major in New York University for further education.

In college time, he met his new roommate, Mario Francesco, who was an Italian chemistry major too. They became close friends after the first two years of college, but due to Mario's high criminality mind, they began doing illegal things secretly. They began beating undergraduate-students for money, stealing jewels from teachers, but the worst part is they began selling drugs. They manage to keep their background low profile until 3 years later, both men dropped-out of school because they got caught dealing drugs with local people.

Several months later, Mario and Joseph are the main drug kingpin in their new neighborhood. They are the most successful drug sellers in a small town near New York using limited resources and equipments, including Mario's knowledge of drug users and Vrentene's high intelligence in chemistry which he will use to make meth. In a big drug deal, Vrentene and Mario were set up by the drug dealers, alerting the local cops. They managed to escape but became the town's most searched men in the police department. Both decided to split up and move far away from New York to lose notoriety. Vrentene moved to Los Santos, currently living there and Mario's location is unknown.
